Dylo Case Study: Digital Transformation & Social Purpose

Digital Development Director: Carlos Contreras
Web Experience Lead: Diego Pizarr
Dylo was founded in 2015 within the "Cárceles Productivas" (Productive Prisons) rehabilitation program at the Sarita Colonia correctional facility, with a mission that extends far beyond gastronomy: creating genuine second chances through bakery and pastry craftsmanship. More than a business, Dylo serves as a platform for social reintegration, where dedication, skill-building, and trust empower individuals to rebuild their lives.
Dylo partnered with LESA to digitalize its commercial footprint, recognizing that a standard informational website would not do justice to its human impact and story. Through in-depth research and discovery sessions, we engineered a sophisticated, multicultural "menu landing page" that honors their brand identity while driving sales. The digital experience was designed to spotlight their artisan empanadas inspired by the regional flavors of Peru, Chile, Colombia, and Argentina.
The result was a platform that bridges social purpose with commercial performance. Today, Dylo’s website operates as an active sales channel generating 10 to 15 orders per day—accelerating business growth and proving that mission-driven brands scale when authentic storytelling meets strategic web design.
