3. Integration of Third-Party Tools & APIs
The LESA OS platform and website interface directly with third-party external services to streamline technical operations. By using our platform, you accept the following specific conditions:
A. Analytics & Performance Tools: This website utilizes Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Microsoft Clarity to collect statistical data regarding user navigation (including heatmaps and anonymous session recordings). The Company is not liable for the misuse of captured lead data, which remains the sole property and responsibility of the CRM client.
C. Google APIs Integration (Google Drive & Google Calendar): The platform allows connecting Google accounts via secure OAuth 2.0 flows to store CRM files in designated Google Drive folders and sync meetings within Google Calendar. LESA OS only stores and refreshes access tokens strictly necessary to execute these services and maintains no access to files or events outside the assigned project folders.
4. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
Service Availability: LESA makes every technical effort to ensure 24/7 availability of its website and LESA OS. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service in the event of global internet outages, scheduled cloud infrastructure maintenance (such as Cloudflare or D1 database updates), or external failures in third-party APIs (Meta, Google, Microsoft).
Third-Party Platform Modifications: Google, Microsoft, and Meta regularly update their API specifications and policy guidelines. The Company shall not be held liable if an external update by these platforms temporarily or partially restricts CRM functionalities pending the release of a corresponding compatibility patch.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with the content, source code, logos, user interfaces, design, and overall architecture of LESA OS and this website belong exclusively to GRUPO MEANLESA E.I.R.L.
