Yoryan Case Study: Digital Transformation & E-commerce

Web Development Director: Adolfo Hernández
Project Coordinator: Brandon Mejía
Web Development Coordinator: Diego Pizarro
Yoryan is a brand specialized in high-quality baby and children's apparel that struggled with a limited digital presence failing to reflect the true value of its products. Their previous website lacked personalization, did not convey the brand's identity, and, most critically, generated zero sales through digital channels.
At LESA, we executed a comprehensive digital transformation process focused on converting a basic platform into a high-converting, scalable e-commerce infrastructure. Over the course of more than two months, we engineered a complete redesign of the user shopping experience (UX/UI), executed the visual optimization and cataloging of over 800 products, and structured a technical platform tailored to the buying habits of their target market.
The result was an online store capable of driving sales from launch day and sustaining consistent growth over time. Today, Yoryan operates a highly profitable digital channel, provides a seamless and professional shopping experience, and owns a platform built to scale—positioning the e-commerce store as a primary driver of the brand's business expansion.
